9to5Culture comes from a "see a need" situation.
Annoyed at the current state of job matching sites, getting countless calls from recruiters for jobs they were only remotely qualified for but had done once for a school project, the founders of 9to5Culture saw that the state of job finding is broken.
There had to be a better answer! But nothing yet existed...
Current job search sites suck. You throw in some key words and a location and hope for the best. To help people find you, you throw your resumé into the wind and hope someone searches for a keyword which matches you. That's not an effective way of finding the perfect job.
We're different! At 9to5Culture, you don't search. The employers don't search. You tell us about you. They tell us about them. We set the wheels in motion. Then, you find your perfect job!
